BOOKING CONDITIONS

To make a reservation you will be required to provide your contact details and arrival and departure dates via e-mail or our reservation request form.

Upon receipt of your request we will get back to you with availabilities and rates and detailed information on how to proceed with the reservation. To confirm your booking we will require a credit card guarantee or advanced payment of the amount for the first night's stay.

Cancellation conditions

• Cancellations more than 31 days prior arrival - no charge.
• Cancellations less than 30 days prior arrival - one night charge cancellation fee.
• Cancellations one day prior arrival or no show - amount of the whole stay will be charged.
